Laura E (1)

Events Manager, Laura Eckhoff  found yoga in 2009 as a way to get into “wedding shape”. What started as a purely physical practice started evolving into a deeper-rooted growth in the mind and spirit. Her practices started leaving her feeling alive and free and at peace. That is when she realized she wanted to share and spread this joy and freedom with others through teaching. Laura completed her Hatha based 200-hour teacher training at Nature’s Whisper Yoga in San Diego, CA with Jolie Cash. Laura has since founded Harsha Roots Yoga and is thrilled to be on the mat teaching.  Laura wholeheartedly believes in the change yoga can have on someone who chooses to receive and chooses to let go; someone who wants to connect, create balance and radiate energy both on and off the mat.

When she isn’t teaching you can find her working for Nature’s Whisper Yoga as the events manager, entertaining family and friends, volunteering at her daughter’s school, enjoying nature, cooking with her family and experiencing the life her Creator has blessed her with.

Audrey ThifaultOffice & Sales Assistant, Audrey Thifault  was a bookkeeper and owner/operator of a mixed martial arts gym in San Diego. Coming across many different disciplines at the training center, it was yoga that called to her the most. Eventually she completed yoga teacher training, and began teaching yoga to professional and amateur MMA fighters. The experience of teacher training changed the direction of her life, and the joy of sharing yoga with others was so much more fulfilling than sitting behind a desk. After the birth of her daughter, Audrey left her bookkeeping career. She currently nannies and feels blessed to be able to raise her daughter herself. She tries to incorporate as much yoga as she can into their lives and as a single mother she is so grateful for finding Nature’s Whisper.
